JazzBrowser is a free web browser with a built-in VPN. By installing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Services.
JazzBrowser is a private browser that enhances your internet privacy, including through an integrated VPN.
You do not need to create an account or provide a name, email, or password to use JazzBrowser. The app signs you in anonymously. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your device, including any use by anyone with access to it.
We do not log user activity (websites visited, DNS queries, connection logs, or bandwidth), and the app does not collect personal data. Your browsing history, bookmarks, tabs, and saved data stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your use of the Services is at your own risk. We may modify, update, interrupt, or suspend the Services at any time without notice or liability.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download our apps, access the website, and use the Services. No other right or license is granted. The license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms.
The Services, including our apps and website, are owned and copyrighted by JazzBrowser and protected worldwide. We retain all right, title, and interest in the Services, including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. You shall not take any action to jeopardize, limit, or interfere with our rights.
You grant JazzBrowser a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use any feedback you send us (ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other input) without reimbursement, obligation, or restriction.
The built-in VPN is provided free of charge and on an "as available" basis. It routes your traffic through our servers; performance may vary, and we may modify, limit, or discontinue the VPN or individual locations at any time. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.
The browser lets you reach content and websites operated by third parties, which are not under our control and have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability of, or content provided by, third parties, and your access to them does not indicate any relationship between us and those third parties.
You agree not to use the Services for any criminal, illicit, or illegal act, and not to violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to limit availability of the Services to any person, entity, geographic area, or jurisdiction, and to terminate access for misuse.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 100.
Each update of these Terms comes into force when published on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by JazzBrowser, constitute the entire agreement between you and JazzBrowser concerning the Services.
